• Damaged or Defective — report within 7 days of delivery with photos. Replacement or full refund issued.
• Wrong Item — report within 7 days. We'll ship the correct item or refund in full.
• Never Arrived — if not delivered within 60 days of shipping, we investigate and resolve.

You'll receive a tracking number by email once shipped. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking data to activate.

Some orders ship from different warehouses and may arrive in separate packages on different days — each with its own tracking number.
